You had another Company call me & they knew about the braces I wear. Where did you get my info.?? The ENDEAVOR back brace price $1,174.38 but I wasn't told the prices on the phone!! This is a piece of junk. It won't fit & it's longer than my back! Then you charged Medicare & they paid $767.26 & there was Credits $211.39. The bill I get comes from MI. but when I finally found a phone # to call to pay my bill, (there was an ext.# but no phone #), I'm paying over the phone to a Company in TX.!! The wait time was insane & twice, I was on hold for 40 min. & then found out that they had already closed for the day! This Company is nothing more than a BIG JOKE! Now I call in Dec. 2016 to pay on my bill & I'm told, "We don't take payments over the phone anymore." I AM going to report this to Medicare as you are cheating Medicare as well as the people that YOU had another Co. call plus YOU had MY INFO & I'd like to know "where" you got it from! Sounds to me like YOU'RE BUYING PEOPLE'S MEDICAL INFO!!! Your so called Company needs to be dissolved. There need to be stars with MINUS RATINGS!

I think they put the cart before the horse, I thought we had all the info we needed to fill the order for blood test strips. I called and ordered. the next thing I know my order is on hold until the Doctor sends all my medical records. with record of blood test. to satisfy medicare.This is my first fill with AJT. I hope it works out.

I have tried numerous times to call both the 800 number as well as the 254 area code number, both of which have long wait times.

May I leave a message for Lorrie in Customer Service? I would like her to call me at 336-676-1250 concerning my order.

I first called AJT on 9/29/2016 for a diabetic meter. It is now 11/15/2016 and I have yet to received the meter. If after almost daily calls to AJT. I am either left on the line holding for someone to answer, or told that it has been shipped out to me, most of the time speaking to a different person who find some excuse as to why I can not speak to Sydney or to Yasmine . Yasmine says she is waiting for a fax from my doctor and every one else says it has been shipped to me. They claim my doctor's office didn't complete the form properly and they are waiting for his office to correct the problem. My doctor's office say they have not received a fax for a corrected order. All AJT has done is wasted my time and caused me to run out of supplies and promise to return my calls.

I am so sick of trying to get through to this company. I have called at least 10 times and held for up to 30 minutes. They do not answer nor do they return calls. They called me to say they needed to speak to me.
