They called after they received a referral from my doctor and told me my diabetic supplies would be free and they would send new supplies every month. Today, five months later, I received a bill showing Medicare did not pay.
I left a request for someone to get in touch with me about ordering supplies for my FreeStyle Libre. I got a return phone call, which was fine, spoke with a customer service rep, which was fine, was told I was ordering new supplies too soon, that I am not due to get new supplies until 12/18, which is fine. That’s how I left it. Since then, I keep getting phone calls, two or three a day, from AJT Diabetic! I returned the call once and reiterated that 12/19 is the date my supplied will be renewed, but I STILL keep getting phone calls 2-3 times a day! Why? It’s no longer necessary to call me!
my doctor sent a prescription for my diabetic supply's over three weeks ago so I called about my supply's told they were working on getting my Medicare approve callback a week later they said they were still working on getting my Medicare approved called back they said they were ready to ship did not come so I called back today they said it was ready to ship it has took over three weeks to get my Medicare approve why?? I can go to any doctor never had a problem having Medicare approve maybe this company has to many irons in the fire
I am a customer of yours. On several occasions I have asked your company to not use your automatic dialing system when they call my house. My telephone cuts the call off after one ring when they do. You MUST dial my manually if you want to reach me or leave a message. I did not know you called the other day until I got home and saw three times that you called.
If you cannot dial me directly manually, please let me know and I will find a supplier who can. I do not wish to run out of my diabetic supplies because you cannot pay attention to me. Thanks
This supplier is a scam in progress. Save your time and money buy finding another medical equipment supplier. Poor customer service especially the supervisor. Will not take supplies back within 30-day period but will constantly ignore any effort you make to have supplies returned before the 30-day period. The harassing phone calls are the worst always offering all kinds of medical bracelets. They will refuse to give you their names if you have a complaint. They will not give you any of the recorded conversations. Do not give them any of your doctor's information, they will fax over documents for all kinds of items/supplies that you did not request just to get your dr.'s authorization to fill an order you did not request.
It took a while to get my doctors order approved, not sure whose fault that is, but oh well. got my supplies 3 weeks later, i was running low so the time was good. thanks
Sounds like fraud to me, they won’t replace my meter. The doctor wants me to have another meter. So I am gonna try and contact them to send my test strips back and canceling my service. They don’t want to let me go but guess what. If i don’t have any results this time i will turn them into Medicare.
