They call me ALOT but my previous company NEVER called. So I can’t really complain. I always get my supplies and I am guaranteed to get a call to remind me to reorder. Not much else to say they are always friendly and accommodating of getting me my order on time

This company has been a pain since I first signed up. First, before I received my first shipment, I began receiving DAILY phone calls stating that AJT records showed I needed to reorder my diabetic supplies. When I could no longer stand these daily calls, I called AJT Diabetic and requested that I only be contacted by email. The person I spoke with told me she was not sure AJT corresponded by email. ???? Later, I requested a resupply of my supplies. I was assured that they would be forth comin, instead, when I failed to get my supplies, I called, spoke with K and was informed that my order had been cancelled. I told K that I was out of supplies and needed a shipment now. I was assured they would be sent immediately. Now, several weeks later, they still have not arrived! I am terminating contact with AJT Diabetic and have ordered supplies from another supplier. I also intend to lodge a complaint to Medicare.

I tried to get signed up but only got run around in circles. Waited for email response but nothing came. Tried to sign up again but it wouldn't let me.

They faxed my order request on 6/22/2017; The Dr. faxed the information back to you on 6/23/2017. I called them and it is being re-faxed right now. I am down to one infusion set and reservoir. Please send my order ASAP Thank you.
