Why is it you blank out half of these reviews bad reviews and say it has to do with the hippa laws when that is a pile of crap? I couldn't get get through to anyone on the phone and when I went online and threatened to go to another provider I finally got a phone call. Then when I talked with them to send new parts, I was specific in the parts I wanted they still sent me the wrong one. Now when I have switched to a local company and was sitting by the lady when she made the phone call to AJT to have them fax my records and they still haven't which that has been at least been a month ago and all they had to do was fax them that day. Why do they give us so much trouble?

new breathing machine with wifi is very good. Much quieter and user friendly than my old noisy nightly breather. Thanks again

These people call constantly-five and six times a day but are almost never there when you answer. They use auto-dialers to place calls nation wide to harass people. I would never do business with an operation using this business model. I would advise others to stay away too.

Most of these reviews are good. However, there is something you need to know. THIS company is not the one who sends you your supplies. They farm out your request. This maybe be allowable with Medicare....not sure .... it is being looked into by Medicare.

The problem comes about if: 1. you are listed under Medicare-D or -B.
Be careful and verify that the "Actual" supplier will bill according to the program you are listed under. My sister received a bill for almost $300.00 because the company AJT chose to farm out her order, only works with Part D. AJT did not check to make sure her "Actual Needs" were going to be met. 2. The supplier filling her order took it upon themselves to send her MORE than what she ordered.....running up the
balance owed.
I have reported all this to Medicare. Hopefully they will get it all resolved and get my sisters bill dismissed.

New cpap machine - MUST SAY SUPER!
First thing i can say is great that it uses internet. I never knew these things could do that. My son n law helped me setup it on wifi and much better than my old noisy one

This company is nuts. Ask for them to be my supplier for diabetic testing supplies and they told me they would contact my doctor for a script for the supplies. Doctor sent script but them they tell me they need a log and my medical records. I am on Medicare and medicare does not require anything but a script. I call and told them that and who every I spoke to agreed with me. Two weeks later I called because I didn't get my supplies and was told again that they need a log and medical records. I tried to discuss this with the person who answered my call but they just hung up on me. Very unprofessional company. Don't use them.

Long Wait but did receive supplies. took a long time because doctor didnt respond right away. they dont' ship without doctor paperwork since they told me they are very strict on medicarre compliance

How does a company stay in business when they treat their customers so badly?? Over a month now of waiting for some simple test strips?! We had our daughter's information faxed (over 60 pages worth), all her logs and other information sent to AJT, and we STILL get hour-plus waiting times on every single call. Our doctor writes a prescription for testing 6 to 8 times a day, and AJT finds it best to reduce that number to 5. Customer service department isn't even funny enough to be called a joke. They use their caller ID to identify problem customers, and make you wait long enough to drain the battery on your home phone. Try calling with a cell phone, right? Nope, then they can't help you, because the phone number doesn't match the home phone on record with them... I mean, COME ON! I just want some test strips! Over a month of getting lied to, getting the runaround from several customer service reps is just pathetic. I waited less than half the time on the phone trying to call the state DMV! We bend over backwards to get this information sent to them ASAP, and they give us some lame story about "reviewing the info" every week. More and more, I say to myself, "Run. Run far away from these people. Now." PLEASE remember this review when you find yourself in my shoes... I could learn how to manufacture these strips in less time than I'm spending just trying to buy them from these jokers! There wasn't even a rating level lower than 1 star?!
