horrible I have called several times to ask where my test strip are and no one has ever called me back. I am now facing a medical crisis without my test strips I have no idea what my sugars are. I have no choice in who I use as all of the medicare suppliers seem to have the same problem
Sick of harassing phone calls. They call several times a week and have repeatedly been told I'm not interested and to remove me from their call list. Calling their number back results in BS message that they are closed,
Extremely incompetent. Doctor's office had to fax information six times. Kept sending back saying I had to buy a meter which I didn't need. Ignored my Doctor's orders. Suggest anybody reading this find another supplier.
I. Ordered my mother's. Test strips. And lancets 2 weeks ago the recording said 7 to 10 days . She have not received them yet. Can someone do something ?
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANY SUPPLIES FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get a simple order of test strips. They claimed my doctor hadn't faxed the information when they had. Then they told me they hadn't faxed it on the right form. Then when I called the doctor and they said they used the form AJT sent them, AJT found the prescription but it wasn't on the first page of the fax. INCOMPETENT!!!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!! I started this process on 1/2/18 and it is 2/21/18 and I still don't have test strips. If I could give zero stars I would.
Back in 2016 I went to AJT to get my diabetic supplies and they assigned Royal Pharmacy to handle my order. It took 2 months to receive an incomplete order. You could never call anyone that knew anything and they would say someone would call back. First they said they shipped 100 test strips when they only sent 50 and that would only be a 25 day supply. When I did get a hold of the the said they would only send a 25 day supply. I told them that wouldn't work because I travel and they take months to send the incomplete order. They did not bill Medicare only Express Scripts. Over a year later they send me a bill and I talked to the receptionist and she said I was wrong and they were not suppose to, said someone would call. That was 3 days ago. How these people got on the Medicare supplier list I'll never know.
It has taken several weeks to finally have testing supplies sent out. When I would call I would give the Drs information but the person helping would not take the new info so the request kept going to the old location. After 3 calls I finally got someone that listened to me and sent the request to the correct place. Then I called and found out that a hand signature stamp would not work so I had to make another phone call to the dr to explain. It's a shame that there is no communication to the patient as to what is going on. The 2 parties, Dr and supplier, will not communicate with each other and the patient has no authority. The next phone call I found out that the prescription was being held because Medicare would only pay for 1 strip a day and prescription was for 2 a day. Isn't that a shame that it wasn't until I called for the status and found out it had not been shipped. Why is always so difficult.
