I received my supplies after 2 weeks. I worked with their staff patiently. I found out that they required my doctor to fill out and fax all my chart notes. They told me they wouldn't ship because my Medicare will audit them if all my stuff wasnt in order

MY RX WAS FAXED TO AJT 4 TIMES AND WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY.
I HAVE WAITED ON HOLD FOR AS LONG AS 15 MINUTES AND LEFT MESSAGE, BUT STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

We have been trying to get a nebulizer for a patient for two weeks. We can not get any answers from them . All employees in customer service tell me a supervisor will call me and they never have. They may have won the Medicare bid on these supplies but obviously it was not based on customer service. This is one of the worst we have had to deal with.

Have tried calling multiple times get a recording after being on the phone about 15 minutes leave a message. We have not heard back yet. When they called about our problems they said they would send this brace and we would not be billed. Now we get a bill after 3 months that we owe an enormous amount of money. We have never opened the box but have never been able to get hold of anyone to send us a return form. We will call Medicare and Coventry if we get no response today.

THIS IS SO SAD WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT SUPPLYING OUR PATIENTS WITH THEIR SUPPLY... MEDICARE SHOULD REALLY LOOK AT THIS I WILL SUE YOU GUYS.. I HAD A PATIENT NEARLY DIED LAST WEEK .. I CALLED IN TO CANCEL ON HER BEHAVE.. I AM A CARE GIVER AND I WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE ..DIABETES IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH .. GOD WAS WITH HER AND SHE CALLED YOU GUYS FROM JUNE AND SHE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL.. AND WHO EVER IS RUNNING THIS IS A BIG SCAM YOU ARE GOING TO PERISH THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE.. PLAYING WITH DIABETIC PATIENTS..
