I have been seeing Dr Charles L Ludivico I have no problem with him I been treated with respect and he goes through everything and he explained everything to me very clear.

Dirty, poorly organized office. The staff is not interested in patients of the practice or answering the telephone. They texted directly in front of me and didn't seem to care about much. The doctor and nurse were both late to see me and seemed distracted or annoyed with my answers for many questions that seemed to be repeated 2 or 3 times. That missed the diagnosis and the overall care was poor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ludivico for the past 10 years. I was always treated very well by him, his staff and nurse practioner Nancy. I don't normally like to see anyone but the MD but at this office I ALWAYS receive exceptional service and treatment from Nancy McFadden. In fact, she diagnosed me once with pneumonia after my family practioner missed it. Always appreciated her for that. Dr. Ludivico has always been a pleasure to see with his light humor and good bedside manner. Over the years he has been knowledgeable, takes his time on the appointments and didn't mind on the numerous occasions when I called in the middle of the night. I think staying with him for the last 10 years speaks volumes in itself as the pros far out weighs the cons here.

Will not be back to this so called doctor. Totally blew off everything I told him. Would give negative stars if it was allowed. Only saw him because Dr. Samuels left. Needless to say I'm looking for new doctor. Dr Samuels .... why have you left us....Please come back......

Always takes time to discuss problems, concerns, medications. Extremely considerate and eager to make life better with more effective management of arthritis and fibro pain.
