Dirty, poorly organized office. The staff is not interested in patients of the practice or answering the telephone. They texted directly in front of me and didn't seem to care about much. The doctor and nurse were both late to see me and seemed distracted or annoyed with my answers for many questions that seemed to be repeated 2 or 3 times. That missed the diagnosis and the overall care was poor.
