I searched many Rheumatologists in the Lehigh Valley until I finally found the right one who would listen to my complaints,diagnose me correctly, and explain everything I needed to know about my disease. Dr Ludivico is a rare find. He takes his time with me every visit. I never feel rushed. He doesn't have a superior attitude as some physicians do. He has a sole purpose and that is to do all he can do to help me feel better.He participates in studies which have benefited me.His staff always make me feel so welcome. They are genuinely caring. I can be having the worst day, and as soon as I see them, I always feel better knowing that someone cares and can feel my pain. I have the utmost respect for Dr Ludivico and his staff!

I was a patient of nine years in the Pocono office of Dr. Ludivico. When that office closed I had to got to their Bethlehem office. I HAVE NOW REFUSED TO GO BACK-his staff is downright nasty and he doesnt care. I recently wrote a four page letter telling him I was leaving him and the reasons why and the incidents that took place. My leter of 1/2/2013 was met with a backdated letter saying I was abusive to his staff and he no longer wanted me as a patient. Their letter was POSTMARKED 1.3.2013-If you have a disease affected by stress, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE-I've now requested my records 3 times, and now they send me price breakdown and charge me for SEARCHING and RETIIEVING my records-WHICH IS ILLEGAL UNDER HIPAA. Stay away from this practice. I spent nine years too long there.

3 weeks to book first appointment. I arrived at 8 for my 8:30 appointment, at 10:30 I left, never saw the doctor. I'm now looking for a new Doctor.

They made a lasting impression on a new patient, and of course they sent a paper saying they would charge $50 for a missed appt, since I showed but the Dr didn't I'd like to bill them but you know well that would go..
