They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Appts routinely run late, with no explanattion or apology offered. Front-desk staff are disorganized, at times unprofessional in communication style. Most alarming, Dr Ludivico and one of the CRNPs - would regularly see routinely dismissed my concerns/symptoms; I left with the feeling that their attitude was, "Well, you have a chronic illness - of course, you don't feel well." After nearly 2 years, I decided to seek out another provider. I would ,+( recommend this practice.They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
