I have always had a pleasant experience with all the doctors I have seen and everyone in the back. On the other hand though, I do not feel like the 2 check in ladies are very friendly in the KVL office in person or on the phone. I would much rather be greeted by the ladies in WS. The WS office has much longer wait times, sometimes resulting in waiting 45min past your actual appt time though. Overall, I have had a great experience with all the Dr.'s and medical staff and will continue to come here.

Everyone is always professional and nice. Since i am self oay there can be miscommunication. I paid my full balance up front and received a couple of extra bills i thought were paid for up fron. Like the pap smear for example I did not know you had to send it out and that was going to be an extra bill for me although it was included as one of the procedures listed on my receipt. Just simple miscommunication. That at the end of the day mattered to me.Other than that everything so far has been amazing.

Very happy with appointment with Dr. Johnson. I also had a mammogram appointment at that visit but the machine was being worked on so I had to reschedule that. Would have been helpful if I could have been contacted to let me know so i could have arrived later but Dr. Johnson saw me earlier so it worked out.

I had a good visit with my ob/gyn. I only had a 15 minute wait. She took time with me to explain things. She listens to my concerns and provides great treatment plan. Staff is always friendly and easy to talk with.
