I had an excellent experience with all doctors and staff. They were warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Shoenbacher delivered my baby. He is an outstanding doctor. I felt safe with him. I had a really wonderful labor/ delivery. Thank you!

D. Zimmermann is who I normally see, but my last visit I did see someone else. Nevertheless, My feedback is the same. Regarding procedures, it is okay, much rather like for someone to call as checking the portal system. As an African-American female, I would like to see more staff that look like me. There is not a diversity of the staff. I have only seen two AA staff. This is unacceptable and looking to go elsewhere due to no representation of my race in this facility.

Very pleased with the care I received from Debbie. The clinical staff at the checkout station were rude to me when I asked about an RX that was to be hand written for me from a conversation I had with the provider at my visit. I was told that they did not write prescriptions,everything was sent in electronically. I recommend some customer service skills for those 2 staff members. I am a medical professional and if there is a question you directly ask the provider and you do not insinuate the customer is being dishonest. It could of been handled much more professionally.

This was such a bad experience with doctor Washburn. He had no manners and did not discuss what he was going to do before inserting a round ring in me for my bladder. I actually googled what it was while I was left in the room crying and did not understand what was going on. I will not be going back to Washburn.

I was disappointed this time. I called the day after my appt on a Monday regarding a new medication. I called on a Tuesday, had to call back on the following Friday because I still had not received a call back from the office. When I did call, the lady I spoke with acted as if she did not know I had already called. I felt like the ball was dropped. I still did not hear anything back until the following Monday when the Dr. called me at 0800, then asked me to describe again what was going on. Very disappointing and I feel like the problems I am having are now not important.
