As a new patient, I was pleased with everything about my visit. Primarily, I apprecaited the time provided to talk and have my questions answered. A prompt follow up call to report test results was done as promised. During the call, the provided also spent time with me on to ensure all of my questions were answered. Thank you for a great first visit! I felt welcomed and valued as a new patient.

was notified 9 days after urine specimen had UTI. treatment therefore was delayed. Have been having recurrent UTIs and feel urine culture should have been brought to physician's attention immediately. I am a nurse and feel like someone dropped the ball!!! Will discuss with physician at next appointment.

I love Dr Goodrich. She is patient and listens to your concerns. She is very real and does not treat a patient like an inferior. I was given the green light for induction by her twice though she did not deliver and then seen her for my PP 6 week check. Runs a smidge behind schedule, but it's because she takes time with her patients. Had an issue with the way my last delivery went and addressed my concerns with her and she assured me she would address it. Had seriously considered leaving the practice after being a patient for 12+ years due to my last delivery, but she gave me a peace of mind and will choose to see her from now on now that I am done having children.

The doctor and staff were caring and let me know what was happening step by step. The nurse worked with one hand to give me her other hand to hold through the discomfort.
