Dr. Hatch and Jamie Petty are friendly and professional, and they both are good listeners. After going to Dr. Pollard for 40 years, I can say that I while I was concerned about going to someone else, I am very confident in the care I receive.
I had a great experience at my most recent appointment. I had been having some issues with finding a new lump in my breast and Jennifer Cerny was so understanding and intentional with our time and referred me to the correct next steps. The scheduling staff was so nice and accommodating as I worked to schedule my referral appointment to The Breast Center. The only compliant I would have is the wait time, but I guess you come to expect that at a doctor's visit.
This was my first time back since Dr. Pollard's passing. I was very impressed and happy with meeting Dr. Johnson. She made me feel important and spent time with me.
Dr. Washburn kept us waiting for close to an hour. Then when he came in the room and my husband asked how he was, he answered with 'much better than she is' and pointed at me. Since I was in for a routine check up on my pregnancy and he was supposed to have test results from my previous visit, I thought this was a bit terrifying to hear from my doctor. When asking how I was doing, he was very short and ran through any 'red flag' symptoms so quickly that I could not even understand him. Then, when I asked about results from my lab from the previous week, he did not remember them and chose to meet us at reception to give the results rather than do it in the exam room where they could be explained to us privately. The nurses were fine but I was also tossed back and forth between two of them and wasn't sure who was actually taking care of us. I should also mention that my appointment was not with Dr. Washburn and I had purposefully made it with another provider in hopes of meeting him or her before I go into labor. I understand that with doctors on call sometimes things are changed around last minute, but nobody explained this change to us, nor did they mention it at all.
