Heather is very professional but also personable. My experience was very enjoyable! It was my first time having a Hydrafacial or a visage skin analysis. Heather explained what we were seeing and her recommendations in a helpful, non-judgemental way. I also felt like the procedure was not rushed and that I had received a luxurious treatment.
