Heather was very kind... unfortunately the red spots Diminished but did not disappear . I had to return the following week and Michelle did the laser. A remaining red spot is still there. I sent a picture of that red spot and a lump in my forehead to Brandy that night, Tuesday, Oct 2. Brandy has yet to reply. This whole experience with the Juvederm filler and Botox has been so disappointing. I will not be returning for services. But I had hoped that this office would be willing to make it right ... obviously with no response, they are not. So disappointing.
