The Halo procedure was a little disappointing to me. I did not notice much of a change in skin. For the amount of money I spent , very little discomfort during the procedure, I still not think it was worth it. Also having a a week of healing was not comfortable. I think Heather is very good at what she does and is very thoughtful,patient and kind.i just do not believe the procedure worked for me.heather said we would need to go back and do another $350 procedure to make my skin look better. I am not welling to spend any more money.

Heather was through in her explanation of treatment options. She took her time with the treatment and spoke with me throughout the process inquiring how I was feeling. The front office staff was warm and friendly. Lynn was especially helpful with my questions when I called for the appointment.

After a thorough evaluation of my skin, Heather recommended clearing up some existing inflammation before proceeding. I subsequently met with a dermatologist she recommended, received some medication and have rescheduled the treatment with Heather.

Heather was so sweet, and extremely knowledgable about what products and methods I should use specific to my skin type and lifestyle. She helped educate me and I left excited to start my new regime and revisit her in the near future. Madison Holmes suggested i have a consultation with her and Im so glad she did. Both Madison and Heather are my go-to's for all health and beauty related questions. I cannot wait to revisit Heather for what we discussed in my consultation. Wonderful staff, gorgeous office!
