Overall, I enjoyed the experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I give it a 7/10 is because I did not notice any visually physical changes in my skin. It felt soft, but that was about the extent of it for my skin type.

Heather was a wonderful and very thorough professional who explained the procedure with clarity. I had total confidence in what I was about to experience. She made 2 passes with the BBL and applied a make up that went on very smoothly before I left. My face did feel like a slight sunburn but it was not red at all. Unfortunately, I did not feel the procedure was as effective as it was previously at another facility. I had 2 very small but dark sunspots that did disappear but the many smaller ones are still there 2 weeks later. The broken capillaries are also still visible and so is the redness from the rosacea. I do not think they are going away. Wondering if that was the right procedure for me. I bought 2 more BBL procedures for the future but I may have to see if that is what I am really looking for.
