I was a little nervous as to what the procedure would be like, but under Heather's care, along with her gentle yet knowledgeable approach and expertise, I felt reassured that I was in the very best of care. Heather very professional . I liked her calm and reassuring demeanor . She gave me plenty of tine to get numb- a great plus . She explained what she was doing along the way . She also explained post procedure protocol and I did what she said to do . Ice packs helped me a lot post HALO.

My entire face had several sunspots and blemishes from years of not wearing enough sunscreen while Fly Fishing. I finally made an appointment with Heather for the halo face treatment. Heather made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with her professionalism and knowledge of the procedure. The procedure was relatively painless and was over before I knew it.
