I have been very impressed with the doctor and staff. For the first time in this process I feel like a have an ACTIVE medical plan. I also greatly appreciate their effort to clearly explain treatments, cycle dates, and cost. I finally feel like someone cares about the struggle I have been having. They treat me like a person and not just patient!

We were very impressed with Dr. Gililland and his staff. They were so kind, thoughtful and caring. They helped us get set up with the LiveStrong Foundation. We hope to have a productive relationship with Dr. Gililland and RCC.

I am so happy with my team I worked with. My nurses were absolutely amazing and so empathetic during hard times. Dr. Heiner was so caring and made me feel like he truly cared. I will definitely keep referring friends here and to Dr. Heiner specifically.

I think my doctor is good at what he does and very knowledgeable, but there are times where I feel he thinks I ask stupid questions and isnt always patient when he answers me. I have also had to wait close to an hour to see him on more then 1 appointment.
