It seems like my notes are not ever complete when I call or come in. I always end up on hold or waiting while they ask around or complete tasks which is frustrating. This never happens at the Sandy location so I do not understand. Staff is polite and friendly, just unorganized.
I am still a new patient so I do not have much to base this on. There was an issue with billing saying our insurance would not cover the procedures, but we had previously called to verify that they would. When we told this to her she asked us to call our insurance company to sort it out. It was a rather awful experience and it was the best that we were expected to play middle man between our insurance and billing. After contacting the insurance several times we AGAIN verified that we were approved and they asked billing to call them to verify! It was not the best experience, hopefully everything else goes smoothly.
Dr. Gililland was very patient with us and wonderful to work with. The office staff is very good at keeping me informed as well. We have just started our fertility journey but we are so excited that there is hope for the future. Thank you!
Dr Gililland spent so much time with us explaining everything and really seemed like he cared. All the staff were super friendly and professional. It made the process much more comfortable.
