Wonderful staff and office setting! I appreciated the good correspondence between offices to help facilitate my preservation, as well as the good communication between RPC and the LiveStrong Foundation. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and efficient in my interview. He reassured me of my fertility chances, and answered all my questions wonderfully. My only comment would be to make it standard practice to issue printed receipts to clients at time of payment. A hand-written receipt is better than nothing, but I will be writing off as many medical expenses as I can at the end of the year, and having detailed receipts would assist in the event of an audit. Other than that, I had a 5/5 start experience! Would absolutely recommend your services to anyone with fertility or preservation needs. Thank you!

Dr. G is very knowledgeable and comforting during the whole process. The front desk staff, MA's, and nurses are awesome. They truly care about you and your ultimate goal of becoming a mother.

I have been impressed with Dr. Gililland, especially at such a hard and uncertain time. He is very calm and pays attention to details. He is hopeful and optimistic, but also direct and will give it to you straight. I appreciate that. What I appreciate most is his ability to sit down with you and make it seem like there is nothing else in the world more important to him than helping you. This skill is so important, especially in this line of work. Thank you! My only complaint or comment in regard to all of this is that the Clearfield office staff never answers phonecalls. It is almost impossible to reach anyone there. I seem to have to call the Sandy office every time to get anything done, where it be, questions, scheduling etc. I am not sure why this is, but it is a pain for myself and I am sure for the office staff in Sandy.

The doctor was very helpful and all the staff. My complaint really is the wait time but the receptionist was great at keeping us informed that he got stuck on a phone call and she gabe us two gift cards for $10 for future visits for our wait time.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Reproductive Care Center with Dr. Gililland. Our first appointment was very thorough and informative. Dr. Gililland answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and he made us feel more comfortable about our options. We have reached out to the office and Doctor personally since our appointment and have received very quick responses. This can be a scary process and I am grateful for an office and Doctor that make the process easier. Thanks!

It has been an awesome experience. Everyone has been so sweet! The only thing I can think is of that has been less than perfect is that it takes a really long time to receive phone calls back after leaving a message. Some instances never getting a call back, which can be frustrating as most treatment is very time sensitive. Other than that, a really lovely office.
