Your practice is amazing. So kind and helpful. I would refer many here. So genuine and the staff truly cares about their patients. Something to work on, I would say billing and sometimes follow up could be quicker and easier but most of the time follow up was wonderful too. I would also never tell another anything bad. Each staff member has been more than I could ever ask for. I look forward to my appts and for someone who hates shots and going to the dr it shows how this clinic is different than most. Each person is passionate about what they do when asked about their job and how they have gotten into what they do. That is also uncommon. Wonderful job changing people's lives.

Dr. G and the nurses always gave us a lot of answers and reassurances and we constantly felt in the loop. We immediately went through testing to get the answers we needed. The nurses answered messages quickly. And it looks like everything was successful.

Friendly, professional, caring. I think they were patient with me and my anxiety in the Clearfield office. I did not feel so with Sandy office. I felt like an annoyance to them and they did not even call me with my results as they had promised. They also seemed disorganized with the medications. They sent us several bills for medications that had already been returned. The Clearfield office and doctors are the best.

We have not had any results yet... we are hopeful for something positive in the coming weeks. So far I have been very impressed with the kind, compassion and concern of all staff. The nurses are always kind and helpful. The doctor is kind and answers all of my many questions. I have felt a little like the lady who handles insurance is a little short and not always willing to listen and fully understand the question before answering. However , overall we have been very happy. Thank you!

They are very friendly and explain things most of the time. One thing that I think could use improvement is in a clear and concise plan. We were doing IUI and there was no defined time limit on when to stop and try something else.

Would not recommend this office. You never get return calls or follow ups. Makes treatment cycles incredibly difficult. Price is about the only thing that kept me going here.
