We travel 5 hours to each visit, everyone at Care has been amazing! The docotr and staff are always professional and answer all my questions. I am so thankful for everyone at Care!

Everyone was always friendly and answered my questions. I do wish timeline communication had been more clear from the beginning and throughout. I did not know this whole process would take months and MANY periods. It just would have been nice to receive some education on that. I also would have liked to have been told what doctor I am seeing ahead of time. I thought I was working with Dr. Kevin only, but there was a time or two that his wife was my doctor.

Doctors are informative and very knowledgeable. Concerns were addressed promptly and we were able to get appointments quickly when needed. Sometime the waits were 25 to 30 plus minutes. Also we did have issues with the front desk and asking for payments when payments were already made or not required. Their attitudes were off putting. This was discussed with the officer Manager Rose.

I loved my care here! The nurses and the doctor's were kind, timely and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make feel comfortable! I did have a few experiences with the front desk staff that were a little bit cold and unkind. Overall, I had a great experience!

The whole experience with Dr. Kevin and the Care Fertility clinic and staff was the best! They are the best at the fertility field! I always found in them the best practices, support, strength and motivation to keep going! Dr Kevin was always on top of everything, He is truly the best at what he does and that gave us the confidence, knowing that we were always in the best hands. Thanks to Dr. Kevin and his team we are pregnant and achieving our dream! We dont have enough words to thank him and CARE Fertility team
