While every experience where we dealt with staff directly was a wonderful experience, we had a lot of difficulty communicating with billing to have questions answered or charges corrected. Aside from that, everyone was supportive, understanding and patient with our journey through this process. We had 2 egg retrievals and 2 transfers before we had success so it was very important to us to have that meaningful support.

Procedure is successful and we are so excited. We had great experience each time we came for the visit. Dr Nackley answers all our questions and give us required mental strength. We are so happy and thankful that we are in right hands and right place. Will recommend all day every day
