I have been trying for a week to get oxygen tanks delivered for my wife.
I have been told several times and promised a delivery that did not happened after waiting all day.
I have gotten property damage from your deliveryman knocking over my mailbox and leaving the scene without compensation on the repairs as also promised.
I have corrected several times the addresses on the account.
I also talked to several persons with no integrity or sympathy for the patient in need of this crucial supplies. It is my opinion at this point, that this kind of customer service is very reflective of the company and its personnel.
This is the worst company to deal with. Please bring back Homemedi Services. This place is horrible. I'm going to ask my doctor to find me another oxygen supply company. I sick of dealing with them.
Your firm has the worst customer relations and reliability that is possible !! I have been an oxygen user for 6 months and I have been very displeased with your service. Late and/or no deliveries are the norm. Telephone personnel are discourteous and badly informed. By repeating your ads before an operator will answer is not only extremely annoying but entirely counter-productive. I would give your firm a very low failing grade in every respect and would change vendors immediately if possible. I am also informing the local hospital who placed me with your firm of my complete dissatisfaction with your service. 0 star rating!!!!
This company has the worst customer service. I only used them for 1 1/2 months and several times they did not delivery my oxygen or delivered the wrong tanks. I will never use them again. Please spread the word because for some people this could be life and death if they don't have their equipment.
Worst company ever! I am a Social Worker at a nursing home in Baltimore, Md. This company has screwed up many of my discharges, due to lack of communication. I will never use them again!
The worst company I've ever dealt with. Repeated failure to deliver on-time and often with the wrong product; many days spent waiting for scheduled deliveries which never happened. And the best just happened: scheduled delivery but when checking on delivery time was told that I'm not on the schedule (after they told me the day prior that I was on the schedule). And, the rep. informed me that the last delivery they had for me was 12/2016, when in fact there were 2 deliveries within the past month.
do not use..... worst medical supply company I have ever dealt with....I have insurance but they wanted my credit card info....if you don't have a credit card or dont' want to give them your credit card info they will not supply you with needed medical equipment even though you have insurance,,,,...I don't give out my personal info to anyone
Worse customer service and delivery service EVER! On 11/9/2017, I was told to expect my equipment for my mother between 3-5... well that time frame never took place. Guesswaiting for delivery is the normal
Delivered hospital bed two days late tried to deliver hospital bed at 10:30 PM had my mother sleep on a sofa chair with a fractured leg for two days!!! when the bed was delivered the mattress is so old it sinks in the middle and is ripped open on the side. The headboards looks like they have graffiti from gang members. Shame on them! The owner should put his morher to sleep in it! It's all about making money right?
