They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
