The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
