Slow, got rid of their 800 phone number which is necessary for those of us out of town, used to be MUCH more accessible. I cannot get them on cell ohONe it cuts out while talking. No emailaddress given.

I Cannot even believe this company for 1 minute. What a bunch of idiots. They were to call me back today to tell me where our machine is because my husbands C-PAP is broken, they did not call back it has never came and they leave work early.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS A REALIABLE MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY, YOU WILL DIE, BEFORE THEY HELP YOU.

Horrible customer service and sales department. Attempted to send equipment that I did not ask for and sent wrong equipment for device. When called they attempted to refuse return and charge me anyways on items I did not order. Sales associate refused to listen and told me I had ordered them. I asked them to review the recorded phone call to verify.

This is most unreliable and inept company that I have ever dealt with! The fact, that is very frightening is that they are in the medical supply business. They seem not to understand that people that are in need of oxygen should not be kept waiting for unreasonable amounts of time. These people are clueless! They seem to feel that their time is more important and vital than a patient.(customer) The only reason that one star was selected is that it as low as they can be rated.

My 92 year old relative was prescribed 24 hour oxygen 36 hours ago and still has not received delivery. Horrible customer service. Have contacted them three times.

This is absolutely the most rude, inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get them to pick up oxygen supplies that are longer need, for over 3 months. Every week it is a new story. First they did not receive the first two faxes then finally the third time, they did. They have promised to pick up their supplies for two weeks. They give you a time frame and don't show or have called almost an hour after the time frame wanting to come. I have a life time too. I would never deal with this company again. They have been a problem since the very onset. They were 5 hours late when we got the oxygen. I hope they don't consider themselves to be customer friendly. They are not. They even had the audacity at one point to ask me to leave the oxygen on my porch and they would pick up. REALLY????? I know they don't care they are not benefiting money wise any more.
