I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

Dr. C. Castillo is a very straight forward Dr. He isn't in a rush to get you on meds when he feels you can adjust diet/lifestyle to help yourself. Whenever I was feeling bad, I got the meds I needed to relieve the symptons. he is very thurough and caring. He will explain things to you until you comfortably understand. He is also very professional with sensitive issues. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

No, no one seemed to notice I was there
