They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The doctor, B. Castillo, was very thorough in his evaluation.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was fairly satisfied with my visit. Dr. Cesario Castillo is wonderful, however, he has his nephew (a family member anyway, but I believe nephew), that also is a practitioner there, and he is awful. He has no bedside manner and is extremely rude. If visiting Summerwood Family Clinic I would see Dr. Cesario Castillo, not the other Castillo doctor.

Absolutely love Dr. Castillo and his practice. They have always gotten me in quickly and he has a gentle manner about him. Whenever I have needed a referral they have worked on those and gotten back to me promptly. We are moving soon and we will be sad to be leaving such a great practice. He has seen all my children and myself and I highly recommend him.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
