I did a great deal of research on the topic I was seeing Dr. Ortiz about. He made sure every question I had was answered in detail. We entered into a dialog on the topic where he provided much more specific information than I had learned. It is truly a pleasure to work with a Doctor who takes the time to teach you about what is going on inside your body and why it is happening! The office manager, Manny, is extremely friendly and helpful. You won't find a better team than Dr. Ortiz and Manny.
