Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I arrived a 1/2 hour for my appointment and after filling out all the paperwork and waiting 25 minutes the front desk person (male), said he was not going to be able to accomodate me that day and wanted to reschedule me. I did not want to reschedule, I waited 3 1/2 weeks to get the appointment and I wanted to be seen. The Doctor came out, totally blew me off like he was better than me and went into the back. I left and will never go back! Don not waste your time on this guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Niw I need to wait all over again for an appointment with another Doctor!
