Horrible phone service. The women on the phone are very rude. In the office they make you wait an hour or more past your appointment time. They do nothing to comfort small children but will not let you even walk them back to the room, let alone stay with them. Not pleased at all with any of the service there.

Ddin't like the fact they charged a $10.00 fee above the charges they submit to the insurance companies they said it is to help with the cost of gloves and masks but don't feel it is necessary everytime you have an appt if you go more than 2 times it adds up. I was just in for a consult and was told I had a $15.00 co pay told the FD person I didn't think I did she checked my ins and said I needed to pay $10.00 for the infection control fee told her I didn't think it was necessary just for the consult and told me I could not be seen if I didn't pay so I left. I really liked the dentist but not that $10.00 fee everytime of an appt.

Longest time I have ever waited in my entire life! Told them to take me off their list and was going to look for a new dentist! One hour and fifteen minutes and still did not call my name and didn't care that I left either!!!

Horrible. Rude staff, dirty waiting room. Admitted over the phone they overbook and don't care how long you wait, and don't care or specifically, REFUSE to have parents in the treatment area, b/c "kids behave better without parents."

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, EVER.
