The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
