I've been taking my son to see Dr. Horbal for almost a year now. We've seen no real tangible improvement, even with the ridiculous amount of medications he prescribes, which seems to him to be a fix all. Every time we have an appointment, we're treated like nothing more than a file. If I ask any questions as a mother, with concerns or questions about my child, he acts like I'm an idiot for even asking. The final straw for me was when his prodigy, Dr. Jonathan Horbal prescribed a medication not covered by our insurance, unless a prior authorization is done. Come to find out, Drs. Horbal are too good to do any paperwork for their patients. They refuse to do prior authorization, so I'm stuck with a child that won't stop coughing and of course they don't care, they don't have to live with it!!! I can handle being treated like dirt if there are results, but there haven't been any. I would never, ever recommend this doctor to anyone! Not only is his bedside manner atrocious, but they really, truly do not care one iota about their patients, you're nothing more than a file.

We were very pleased at how quickly my daughter was seen. I was impressed at the friendliness of the staff. We did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Horbal answered all of our questions and spoke with us about concerns. I highly recommend.
