I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Eventually, I had to leave for another appointment. I rescheduled and still had to wait when I arrived at the new appointment. My time is pretty valuable, too, and I didn't feel that Dr Horbal respects that.
Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.

The office was easy enough to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
