You mix your protein shake with WHAT...

Way to many times customers come in looking to get into better shape by buying a protein shake, usually Whey Protein. Whey Protein is absorbed quickly by the muscle tissue, resulting in a positive nitrogen balance in the blood stream to optimize muscle recovery and growth. So why do you mix your protein shake with 2% or fat free milk, juice or even soda - yes I heard that one. WATER and only WATER...the absorption rate is greatly increased, you'll have less intestinal gas and your results will improve.
