Zinc 15mg
Pure Spirulina 500mg 1 tablets daily (30 tablets)
Chinese Green Tea 150mg 1 tablets daily (30 tablets)
Aloe Vera *
With Vitamin C 400mg per 50ml •
60mg per 50ml 1 Litre : Take 50ml (10 teaspoons) daily - 5 teaspoons in the morning and 5 teaspoons in the evening. Swirl in mouth and swallow
* Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• If diarrhoea present take 5ml (1 teaspoon) Aloe Juice morning and evening until loose stools have stopped then increase gradually to normal dose

Tap or bottled water 1 drop per Litre Allow to stand for 1 minute then drink
Cloudy, murky or floating particles in water or strong smell or taste 2 drops per Litre Allow to stand for 1 minute then drink
River water 3 drops per Litre Allow to stand for 1 minute then drink
