#3. Heart healthy and energizing: avocado and hemp

Avocados are a great dose of healthy fat, fiber, vitamin E and K, and potassium. And hemp seeds? They're rich with essential fatty acids like Omega 3, more digestible than any other high protein food, and a perfect energy booster.

Often I just slice an avocado in half, sprinkle it with a little salt, pepper, and hemp, and eat it whole, as if it were my own little breakfast bowl. If that's not your style, scoop the avocado out, mash it up, spread it on gluten-free crackers, and top with salt, pepper, and hemp seeds.

Thanks for the post Andrea. I'm all about the eggs and greens as well as the juice, I just avoid the apple to limit my sugar intake.. Will try the lemon water tip. Now what's for lunch? :)
