With fish, because of farming contamination you really have to investigate the fish you eat. All fish and shrimp from foreign countries have very little or no laws governing pollution of their waters or what level of toxins is allowed in seafood.

I love your site. I would like you to check whether lately with all the various hybrids and gmos and whatever they are working on to increase productions -wheter grains are health at all now. They were 50 years ago .Not sure now. daliya
