I don't know about you, but sometimes I need to hit a reset button for my weight loss! I have started a 5 week series called Yoga for Weight Loss to do just that. We are a group that meets once a week starting in January and resets our intentions. We go over our goals, discuss what could be standing in the way of achieving them, and resolve to make it better. We have food planning during that time as well as practicing yoga to increase our metabolism and to help fight the bulge. We meditate on our goals and also on how to love ourselves despite what the mind may tell us when we step on the scale. We support each other, which is what is needed to help keep one another motivated. The next series begins Jan. 5- Feb. 2, 2014 at Midlothian Yoga.
