Very available and friendly as we have gone through the consultation process. I particularly love how Dr Satterwhite knew all about us in our consultation - he had clearly read the notes from our meetings with Debbie (and she must have taken good notes!). That makes a huge difference in feeling seen by the practice. Also, for insurance verification, the staff has been very available to work with me. Only dislike: in our first meeting with Align, the room did not look clean and had cleaning supplies in the corner. Also, it would have been good to see a slideshow in our first consult, but luckily we had already gotten that from UCSF so it was okay for us. The visuals really help to understand the surgery and what to consider and ask about.

The doctor is great ! And provide lots of good information and consultation. However, the scheduling is slow and no responsive. After my appointment, no one reached out to me about the next steps or summary of visit notes, it's been 3 days since my appointment.

It took us a few minutes to see Dr. Satterwhite. Some staff meeting was going on, but once we saw the doctor. It was all good. Great service.
