The surgery team was lovely. I felt very cared for and advocated for around my desires for the aesthetic of my top surgery. Was met with a lot of warmth day of and felt like I could relax into the surgery. I also felt like I could reach out with questions and was communicated with in a timely and thoughtful manner. Was in quite a bit of discomfort a few days post op and found almost a whole roll of gauze in my binder far along the side of ribs, would have appreciated a little more care in how I was packaged. Other than the gauze y'all rocked it and my chest looks and feels great. Thanks for all the care!

I am very disappointed to be stalled out in the process of having my shallow depth vaginoplasty performed by Dr. Satterwhite and his staff. The respect and dignity they have treated me with is in stark contrast to the way my providers at Kaiser Permanente treat trans and non-binary patients. Unfortunately, my new insurance is delayed and I may have to have operation done at Kaiser instead. I am not giving up but I will not be able to move forward until I get a start date for my new position and am able to enroll in Blue Shield.

They were very understanding and kind ! Patient and also very informative to me. They made sure I know whats going to happen and the procedures I need before heading to it. I feel safe and secure with them.

Dr satterwhite and his team (Claire, and debbie and Vanessa at post street) were absolutely divine caretakers. Since my consult, I felt seen, and I felt understood, and I felt cared for. The attention to detail was precise. I do not think I could've imagined a more dreamlike medical experience.
