Dr. Satterwhite is a wonderful and talented surgeon. Debby, his PA, is fantastic, kind, extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and supportive. Both are honest and really care about their patients. Their nurse, Grainne, is problematic. She is a very disappointing member of the team. The office staff also present as very green. Serving the transgendered community, they need to work on getting insurance approval more than one month prior to surgery. This is too small of a window of time to deal with denial of coverage and appeals. It puts patients in a bind to go ahead with surgery and place the cost on credit cards or cancel the surgical date. Again, Dr. Satterwhite is a fantastic surgeon as is his PA, Debby.

I could not ask for a better Surgeon/ Doctor ! Dr. Satterwhite has always been a great communicator on what is going on and always makes sure you are doing ok and if you have any concerns , wants or needs. He is also very easy to talk to, which puts you at ease. And I am extremely happy with my hoo haa he gave me in March 2018! Thank you again Dr. Satterwhite your at the top of your field !!!

Dr. Satterwhite and staff have been very friendly and helpful. I am generally satisfied with aesthetics, though I may seek a labiaplasty revision in the future.

My experience with this practice did start a little shaky because I was initially uncertain of the exact timeline that information would be needed by the practice. However, after that initial difficulty, everyone at the practice was very helpful in dealing with my insurance and preparing me for surgery. I do not think I would be awaiting my operation without some of the fine folks here. They were very committed to seeing me through to surgery and making sure I was prepared.
