This was the best doctor I have ever had. He is bed side manner is out of this world and he was so patient with me. He made my husband and my entire family feel like his personal family. He is super smart and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this doctor 100 times plus!! He made a huge impact on my that I will never forget.

I loved all of the staff! They feel like family and made the process so smooth. Dr. Williams is amazing. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. I cannot say enough great things about my nurse, Maria! She made me feel so comfortable and was always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this facility. The IVF process can be so emotionally draining, but having a team like the one I had, made the experience very pleasant.

Dr. Williams is wonderful, and my procedures went very smoothly. The nurses and staff were readily available with all my questions. Overall I am very happy with my results, and I am expecting my second child through IVF with this facility.

I did not know what to expect starting the fertility journey. As a single woman in her let thirties, I was nervous, excited, curious, and anxious. Dr. Williams walked me through each step, answered all of my questions, and calmed my nerves. The staff was there every step of the way - good and bad - with positive words, hugs, and reassurance that evrything would be okay.

Dr. Williams was very prompt with all of our concerns and testing and because of his proactiveness we were able to get pregnant and stay pregnant! We are so thankful for the staff of this office and the general experience was amazing. We will miss you guys!

I am forever grateful to Dr. Williams and all of the staff at HFI. The past 2.5 years as a patient at HFI have been been full of ups and downs and we finally have our success story! Dr. Williams is knowledgable, patient, understanding and logical and he always helped walk us through different situations and make decisions that were right for us. Maria and the rest of the staff were always so responsive and helpful. I always felt that they truly cared about us, providing understanding and sympathy when things did not go our way, as well as celebrating the wins with us.
