Everyone individual is very attentive and nice.This is my second IVF and I more than happy I am very satisfied with everyone. I love the doctor he knows what he is doing and talking about.

My experience has been up and down, but very informative. Dr. Williams is very straight forward and I needed that during this time. He did not give false hope and he continued to work with us until we received our BFP! I had several procedures I did not want to have, but needed them to achieve our overall results. We followed Dr. Williams lead because he is very knowledgeable and continued to reassure us. Also, staff at 7400 Fannin and Sugarland are so nice and warm. We had a couple of appointment screw ups but they apologized and got me back on track. Veronica Cruz is the best ever!! She is very responsive via email, knowledgeable, kind and caring! I was happy to communicate with her even when we received bad news! Also, I was extremely happy to receive our good news from her!! You need compassionate staff members like her to help us through difficult times like infertility! Thank you and we will definitely refer others if needed!
