Dr. Williams is thorough in his explanations on our IVF process. He made sure to do his best on planning the process precisely to our preferred due date. His medical staff/team (including the front desk rep) were always helpful and friendly to both me and my husband, providing a welcoming environment to the office/clinic each and everytime.

I was very happy with my treatment with Dr. Williams. He was very thorough when explaining procedures and protocols. I would highly recommend him and his staff. The nurses, Rene and Ashley, are absolutely amazing. They always went above and beyond.

Our experience at HFI was great. Dr. Hoff and Ashley made our experience personable and very comfortable. We really enjoyed having visits with them because they shared in our excitement. We felt like they were going through the process with us. Ashley answered all of our questions that we had. Whatever we needed and whenever we needed her, she was right there. She was very supportive. We absolutely love and adore her. She is the best! Rene, another one of the nurse also gave us a positive experience. We did not see much of Dr. Williams, the doctor we started off with was good but we did not see much of him as we expected. Our experience with him was very surfaced and not as personable as we would've liked. There were no issues with any of our procedures. We were well informed with everything.

I have had nothing but a positive expierience with HFI. The staff is always very welcoming and considerate. I have always felt comfortable and confident in our choices as well. Overall a 10!!..

I appreciate the time and care taken by all staff I encountered at HFI. There were definitely highs and lows throughout my fertility journey and they were there for us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt valued, comfortable and reassured. I also appreciate their timeliness and detailed instructions throughout. I had been to other world class facilities prior to coming to HFI and I would highly recommend HFI above the others.

Overall everything was really good, and the staff was very friendly and supportive. My only frustration was constantly feeling in the dark about the different medications and procedures. I felt like I had to ask a lot of questions that should have been explained in the first place. I do not know what a lot of the terminology means, I have never done this before. And after becoming pregnant nobody gave me any advice on what to do to care for myself and baby. I read online that I should start taking a prenatal vitamin...again, something I felt should have been explained to me by the staff, not something I read online myself. Aside from that, everything was great!
