This clinic is the worst one that I ever seen in my life, completely not recommend it to anyone loves his kids, they don't respect their appointment, they change or cancel appointment without notify the customers, they are completely careless, they only care about money, the supervisor unbelievable person, nobody can meet him/her, you have to wait for hours or may be days to meet him/her. The doctor stuff are nonprofessional, they don't want to lesson they like just finish check up as soon as possible, beside all of that the clinic OMG is very dirty.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I came here about 2 years ago now, so hopefully, some of these issues have been resolved. Bear in mind that I was a minor throughout the whole "treatment."
I would have given them zero stars if possible. The only good part of my experience here was my therapist.
The waiting room is dirty and uninviting. The receptionists, if they could even be called that, never seemed to know what they were doing, what was going on, or who was even scheduled to have an appointment. My first appointment here had to be rescheduled because the receptionists had scheduled it on Memorial Day, when the office was closed!
It took seven months before I was able to have an appointment with a psychiatrist.
My follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist WHO I HAD ALREADY SEEN was cancelled without notice (as in, I arrived there only to be told after an hour of waiting that the appointment had been cancelled). The reasoning for the cancellation was that the psychiatrist I was scheduled to see was not certified to treat minors.
Excuse me? I had already been seen! AS A MINOR!
Needless to say, I left and never came back.
It should not be this difficult to receive mental help.

Having a son who has been in therapy for at least 6 years, this is by far the largest practice that we have gone to. Probably a little too big! It feels a little like fast food mental health - in and out as quickly as possible in order to squeeze in more "customers". It is next to impossible to get an appointment with a psychiatrist quickly, they seem to always be scheduled 3 months out. This is fine for a med review, but if you need to get in for something else, good luck. Make sure your plans don't change and you have to reschedule, it'll be a while til you can get in again.
Getting med refills is a nightmare! Seems to be very unorganized and our prescriptions are often wrong. There must be a better way than leaving a message and hoping it gets filled in the next few days.
A lot of the staff are wonderful. Others, not so much. It's a little bit of a gamble whether you will get decent care or be just another number or burden to be dealt with.
Lots of things to be improved here.
