Hi Dr. Carr,

We had an appointment on 01/22/25 for which we waited over an hour in the virtual room and no one ever arrived. We are now being billed by LifeStance Health for a missed appointment. This is upsetting. I have spoken to LifeStance multiple times, is there any way to have this fee removed?
